Love it but Largeee ,problem. We had been to vet and found that Bubba Had lost about 2lbs. We put the harness and snugged it up the best we could. About 20 minutes later the harness was laying by his bed and he was in his bed. I tried to snug it up more, but it was just too large. I thought well we will need to find another dog named Bubba, since we had His name on the harness. Several days later I discovered the names were held on by Velcro. So, I have been trying to get my act together and contact you folks. I would like to exchange this small for a Xtra small if possible. Could you please tell me what I can do to replace this one. He only had it on less than 30 minutes. Please advise me on how I can accomplish this.

I loved that you sent a free box of poop bags. Our big boy, Griffey, uses grocery- size bags, so we shared with our neighbors.
The harness was not not true to the size chart so it was too big for my maltipoo. I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it. Otherwise it it a great harness.
