Policies that apply to your order

By using the Site or placing an order you agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Warranty Policy, available in the footer of every page.

Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. For customers in the European Union (including the Netherlands and Belgium), prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise; any import duties or taxes are shown at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

Right of withdrawal for customers in the EU (Netherlands, Belgium and others)

If you are a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email contact@scobydog.com with a clear statement of your decision (for example: "I withdraw from my order no. ___ placed on ___"). You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Send the goods back to us without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you withdraw; the direct cost of returning the goods is paid by you. We refund the price of the goods, and the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that you sent them. The goods must be returned in their original condition; you are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the product.

Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as harnesses or patches with your dog's name or number, and sealed hygiene products that were unsealed after delivery (such as poop bags).

Our additional 90-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund & Warranty Policy is a commercial promise on top of your legal rights and does not limit them.

Legal guarantee of conformity

EU consumers benefit from the legal guarantee that goods conform to the contract for at least two years from delivery under applicable national law. Our Lifetime Warranty is offered in addition to this guarantee.

Product information and pet safety

SCOBYDOG products are designed for walking and training dogs. Check the size guide before ordering, fit the product correctly and supervise your dog while using it. Our products are not toys or chew items and are not certified vehicle restraints unless explicitly stated. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Intellectual property

SCOBYDOG, the SCOBYDOG logo and mascot and all content on the Site (texts, photos, graphics, designs) belong to TENGROUPE LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability and governing law

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products. Nothing in this notice limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract. For customers outside the EU, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country. Before filing any claim, please contact us at contact@scobydog.com so we can try to resolve the issue.
